Mechanical and plumbing design for this Graduate and Professional Students & Mixed-Use Housing project located between One Miramar Street Apartments and the new Mesa Nueva Housing at North Mesa. The project includes a 442,000 SF housing complex consisting of a minimum of 800 new beds for the campus, arranged in 2, 4 and 6 bedroom apartments in low and high rise buildings with 32,000 SF of common amenity space, which includes meeting/study rooms, laundry facilities, fitness gym, a roof deck gathering space and a small retail space for a coffee shop or café. There is also a parking structure with 1,200 spaces, as well as 28,000 SF UC San Diego Family House for temporary housing of patients and families being served by the UC San Diego Health System.
