Mechanical and plumbing design for this graduate and professional student mixed-use housing project located on the North side of the existing UCSD Mesa Housing. The 618,000 SF project consists of 853 graduate micro apartments. The common areas include a cafe, laundry and lounge spaces, conference rooms, fitness center, pool and hot tub, outdoor sports courts and a community garden. This project also includes a 920 car multi-level above ground concrete parking structure,
which will serve students, faculty and staff residents. This project is LEED Gold certified.
