Mechanical systems include:
- Rooftop package heat pumps
- Ducted split system heat pumps with ventilation for storage and restrooms
Plumbing systems include:
- Domestic hot and cold water systems
- Sanitary waste and vent systems
- Natural gas system
- Commercial kitchen grease waste system
This project is LEED Silver Certified.
