Mechanical and plumbing design services for the development of a 410-stall parking structure and 100,000 SF core and shell tenant improvement renovation for the medical office building that has 62 offices, 137 exam rooms and 16 procedure rooms. The parking structure is adjacent to West Bernardo Drive. The medical building is on the parcel’s east side, overlooking Interstate 15.
Mechanical systems include high efficiency rooftop package variable air volume units, high efficiency heating hot water boiler system and integrated Direct Digital Control (DDC) system.
Plumbing systems include infrastructure for sanitary waste and vent, domestic hot and cold water, storm drain, and gas systems.
Sustainable strategies and features were integrated into the design to minimize energy consumption and minimize adverse effects to the environment.
