Mechanical and plumbing engineering design services for the mechanical and plumbing systems of the approximately 19,500 SF renovation of the main building and 1,500 SF addition of kitchen space.
Mechanical systems include variable refrigerant flow split systems with multiple fan coil units on a common condensing unit, full kitchen ventilation and specialty air distribution to common areas.
Plumbing systems include sanitary waste & vent, and domestic cold & hot water systems. Domestic hot water is provided by two high-efficiency, natural gas water heaters. All plumbing fixtures are low-flow water saving type. Full service kitchen areas are provided with a separate grease waste and vent system.
