Mechanical and plumbing design services for the 20 acre stadium upgrade and the renovation of the athletic facilities into a modern complex at Mira Mesa High School. This project includes new stadium lighting, new multipurpose artificial turf field, restroom, concessions, press box, and ticket booth renovations.
Mechanical systems include exhaust ventilation and radiant heaters for the concessions and high efficiency split systems for the IDF and AV spaces.
Plumbing systems include sanitary waste and vent systems, domestic cold and hot water systems, electric water heaters, and condensate drainage systems.
Sustainable features include low plumbing fixtures.
