Complete shell system for three 150,000 SF six story Class ‘A ‘ office buildings. Also included in the design is a three-story, above-grade parking structure hosting approximately 500 spaces. Strong emphasis was placed on “green” engineering for this project and measures were taken to provide an energy efficient, environmentally conscious design.
The mechanical systems consist of vertical, water cooled, packaged VAV air conditioning units on each floor. Air conditioning units are equipped with variable frequency drives for fan control. All systems utilize water cooled economizers, cooling towers and heating hot water boilers were located on the roof. Indoor air quality, acoustical considerations and maintenance all play key components of our design. The plumbing design includes all core bathrooms.
