Complete mechanical and plumbing systems design for this four-story 480,000 SF corporate headquarters facility, which includes 104,000 SF of future tenant building space. The complex includes corporate offices, conference rooms, computer server rooms, laboratories, kitchen and dining areas, training rooms, a health club, child care center and a shipping and receiving warehouse.
The mechanical systems consist of large rooftop package AC-units (70 to 100 tons) with variable air volume reheat boxes, gas-fired boilers, pumps and a state-of-the-art Direct Digital Control (DDC) system.
This project is LEED Gold certified, and received $7,964 in SDG&E Design Team Incentives.
