Retrocommissioning services for the County of San Diego Operations Center. The project consists of 7 buildings including the following: Building 101 (Medical Examiner), Building 200 (Central Plant), Building 201 (SE Tower), Building 202 (NE Tower), Building 203 (SW Tower), Building 204 (NW Tower), B205 Registrar of Voters, and 207 Commons. The buildings include lobby space, private offices, work stations, conference rooms, kitchens and dining areas.
Retrocommissioning services include:
- Planning Phase – Set project objectives, document current operating requirements, initial site walk, develop retrocommissioning plan and project kickoff meeting.
- Investigation Phase – Assemble and review existing facility documentation, develop and perform functional performance tests and identify low cost / no cost issues, develop a master issues log to track identified low cost / no cost issues, correct low cost / no issues, identify any capital improvements.
- Implementation Phase – Develop capital improvement implementation plan, implement selection improvements, verify improvement results.
- Hand-Off Phase – Develop final report, develop a systems manual, develop a recommissioining plan, provide operator training, close out meeting.
