The developers of Del Sur took inspiration from the architectural diversity and pedestrian nature of San Diego’s historic neighborhoods. Del Sur has translated these aspects into a new community of distinct neighborhoods, looking boldly to the future while maintaining a respect for the environment. The Town Center contributes to the pedestrian nature of the community and includes shops, restaurants, office and commercial space–all accessed from the project’s residential areas through a network of trails.
Plumbing systems include utility infrastructure for future tenant Improvement projects. Domestic cold water, sanitary waste and vent, grease waste and vent, and natural gas.
