- Domestic hot water storage tank
- Complete hot/cold waste and vent system
The mechanical systems consist of:
- Large rooftop package AC-units with variable air volume reheat boxes
- A gas-fired boiler
- Pumps
- A state-of-the-art Direct Digital Control (DDC) system
The facility includes open offices areas, a conference center, city hall and data center.
