Commissioning services for the Celgene Corporation at Campus Point. This project involved the relocation of a major pharmaceutical company’s San Diego office to Campus Pointe after they had outgrown their existing facility.
The project includes 175,000 SF of tenant improvement work including space for chemistry and biology labs, specialized research, cold rooms, support, data center, office and conference area, and an isolated research suite.
Commissioned systems / equipment included; variable-air-volume air-handling units, 100% outside air air-handling unit, fan coil units, split-system air-conditioning units, general building exhaust fans, variable-air-volume laboratory exhaust system (Strobic), laboratory, supply and exhaust air valves (Phoenix), variable and constant-air volume zone terminal units, and associated automated controls.
Their tenant improvement project earned a “Gold” level of certification under LEED for Commercial Interiors.
