Commissioning services for the El Centro Regional Medical Center Central Utility Plant. The central plant is designed to service an area equal to the entire existing hospital, as well as the new addition totaling approximately 250,000 SF.
Commissioned systems include three magnetic bearing centrifugal chillers, primary/secondary chilled water distribution (with VFD’s on secondary pumps), and a comprehensive building automation system to control all central plant equipment. We witnessed factory performance testing of the chillers to verify performance under anticipated load conditions.
